Bronte Residence
The client who is a busy executive wanted a house that was practical, low maintenance and casual with a touch of ‘beachy’.
Living so close to Bronte beach, the client did not want a precious house, therefore it was finished with natural oak timber floors and concrete throughout to give a luxurious but 'not precious' feel.
The overall look is slightly industrial and masculine. Using darker hues for the interiors allowed the spectacular view to be the masterpiece.
